Step 1: Browse our unique Package collections and book whichever Package best suits your project needs.
Step 2: TidyFox will reach out to you to discuss your project scope, how to gain access to your space if TidyFox will be working independently, (garage code, key, etc.), and schedule a project start date.
Step 3: TidyFox will arrive at the predetermined location, take a quick tour of the space, discuss goals and priority areas, and establish a project timeline for completion if your package includes multiple visits.
Step 4: Let the magic begin!
TidyFox is a home and office organizing service, not a cleaning service. If light cleaning is necessary during an organizing project (i.e. quickly wiping out a cabinet or sweeping the floor), TidyFox will use whatever existing supplies are available at the project location.
If unsure which package is right for you, submit an inquiry through the Contact Us page to schedule a FREE 15 minute phone consultation. A TidyFox Consultant will contact you on the next business day to discuss your goals and advise which package will best compliment your project.
If your project requires more time than the amount of Package hours originally purchased, additional hours of service are available for purchase through your TidyFox Consultant at any point during the project duration.
If you purchase a Package that includes more hours than needed to complete your project, your TidyFox Consultant will discuss additional options available for depleting the remaining Package balance.
All Packages expire exactly one year after the purchase date unless agreed to otherwise in advance. Any services that may extend beyond the one year expiration date must be approved by a TidyFox Consultant prior to the one year expiration date.
TidyFox requires a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. TidyFox will make reasonable accommodations to reschedule your appointment (based on availability); however, excessive cancellations may translate to a forfeiture of services. You can reschedule your TidyFox appointment by calling or texting 314-852-7668 at least 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled appointment time.
TidyFox does not offer refunds. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service performed, TidyFox will make every reasonable effort to make it right.
Yes. If you determine that you are unable to utilize a pre-purchased Package intended for yourself, you can transfer the Package to another person. Please note that scheduling is based upon availability and all Packages expire exactly one year after the original date of purchase.
No. TidyFox does not believe in hidden fees. All packages are sold directly from the website where the prices and hours are clearly displayed.

If baskets and/or containers are necessary to optimize organization within your space, TidyFox will use existing items in your home or office before recommending other inexpensive solutions for you to explore and purchase after you adapt to your newly decluttered space.
